TAKING ON MURPH WITH AMANDA BARNHART

Back to working out! We decided to push back our gyms MURPH DAY so that we could prep a bit! Of course Murph is run 1 mile, 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, and 300 air squats, run 1 mile, but we decided to partition it this year! Different style, still a great workout.
