100,000 STEPS IN A DAY CHALLENGE

I did a 100,000 steps in a day challenge. Yes 100,000 steps in one single day! The distance for the challenge was over 50 miles and it was not only physically but mentally draining. I recorded my thoughts and feelings as I went a long with this challenge. I also breakdown the stats and calories burned at the end of the video.

So sit back, relax and enjoy the walks and runs I went on. Most footage was filmed on my GoPro Hero 9, I really recommend for walking/running footage.
