Iran warns it could strike again after first ever direct attack on Israel

Tehran has warned it will strike again with greater force if Israel or the US retaliate for the Iranian strike on Israel that used more than 300 drones and missiles, its first ever direct attack on the Israeli state. Tehran said it was responding to a strike on an Iranian diplomatic building in the Syrian capital, Damascus, on 1 April that killed a senior figure in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards and eight other officers. Iranian officials said regional neighbours had been informed several days before the attack.
