Artists from around the country joined guest artist Bernardo von Hessberg in Parramatta to set the streets alive with colour.

The theme for 2010 was 'The Blues' - open to interpretation - music, colour, emotion, etc. Activities included: 4 day chalk art competition, Meet the Artists night at Mars Hill Cafe, Mini Chalk comp for the public and plenty of Take Part in Art activities for everyone to join in.
