I headed back to Michigan for a public land hunt. The mallards had been hard to find up to this point of the season but this time we did it right! We were on the X. Duck hunting on public land always is super exciting. This Duck Hunt was no different.. I did however have some unforeseen struggles. The mallards weren't many but the ones we saw gave us quality opportunity on this duck hunt! The a5 I had out for this hunt dates back 100 years.. absolutely crazy!
