চেঙ্গিস খান বুঝতে পেরেছিল, রণক্ষেত্রে তাকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করার মতো তার সমকক্ষ একজন ব্যাক্তি আছে। আর সে হচ্ছে জালাল উদ-দীন। যেভাবেই হোক তাকে থামাতে হবে। এদিকে অভ্যন্তরীণ ষড়যন্ত্রের কারণে সুলতান জালাল উদ-দীনকে রাজধানী ত্যাগ করতে হয়। অল্প কিছু অনুগত তুর্কমেন যোদ্ধা নিয়ে গজনী’তে আসেন তিনি।

কাবুলের উত্তরে পারওয়ান উপত্যকায় চেঙ্গিস খানের পাঠানো মোঙ্গলীয় বাহিনীর সাথে যুদ্ধ সংঘঠিত হয়। জালাল উদ-দীনের দক্ষ সমরনীতিতে অপরাজেয় দুর্ধর্ষ মোঙ্গল বাহিনী তাদের প্রথম বড় পরাজয়ের তিক্ততা পায়। এর ফলে, জালাল উদ-দীন কে থামাতে না পারলে যে কি ঘটবে, চেঙ্গিস খান তা ভালোই আঁচ করেছিল। এই ভিডিওটি ১২২১ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে চেঙ্গিস খান ও জালাল উদ-দীনের বাহিনীর মধ্যে সংঘঠিত সিন্ধু যুদ্ধ নিয়ে। যে যুদ্ধে চেঙ্গিস পালানোর রাস্তা ধরেছিল।
