"New Divide" was released as the official theme song for Michael Bay's "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" live-action movie in 2009. It is one of the few songs to top the US Rock Songs, Alternative Songs, and Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks at the same time.
Though the song is a non-album single, it is one of the band's highest charting songs, peaking at number 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100. It's working title was "Megatron".
