This is my original recipe for Spam sandwiches, based on my mom's recipe from the years of World War 2. Meat was rationed during the war and housewives of that era prided themselves on their kitchen skills at making great tasting meals with what was available. Spam has been an American sandwich favorite since 1937. I have added the folder method of creating the Spam sandwich.
