Possibly from the Wheelbase TV series the forerunner of Top Gear.
The introduction of this film voiced concerns about trucks and their operators that where relevant at the time, especially around 'cow boy' operators and smoke emissions. Interestingly some of the comments are contrary to what we now know to be correct today, like the effects of breathing in diesel fumes.

This film also shows some of the latest safety features on Foden trucks of the time.

Finally concluding with an interview with Ron Ellis MD of the British Leyland Truck and Bus Division.
