Russia-Ukraine tension: Moscow closes strait between Black, Azov seas

Russia will continue with plans to close the Kerch Strait between the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, blocking Ukrainian and other foreign navy ships until the end of October.
Moscow says it is for naval exercises. However, Kyiv calls it a violation of international law.
