You’re Doing These Exercises WRONG (Fix Them Now for Better Results)

Let’s fix a few common mistakes that might be holding your progress back 👇

👉 Plank
Stop letting your hips drop or lift too high. Keep your body in a straight line, engage your core + glutes, and push through your elbows.

👉 Push-Ups
Flaring your elbows out? That’s limiting your results. Keep them at a 45° angle, stay tight through your core, and lead with your chest.

👉 Bent Over Rows
Don’t shrug your shoulders or pull to your chest. Think elbows back, squeeze your shoulder blades, and row towards your ribs.

Small adjustments = BIG difference in how these movements feel (and the results you get).
