🧘🏻‍♀️ YOGA EXERCISE: FROG LEG KICKS

The Setup: Begin on all fours. Slowly walk your knees out wide, keeping your feet in line with your knees (ankles flexed). Lower down to your forearms for the full Frog Pose. ➡️ Keep your hips aligned with your knees to ensure the stretch hits the target area safely.

The Movement: Instead of holding static, find a gentle, rhythmic "kick" or sway. ➡️ Slowly rock your hips forward and back, or gently lift and lower your lower legs in a kicking motion. ➡️ Let the movement be intuitive and fluid, like water flowing through the pelvic bowl.
