Does Money Buy Happiness? Yes and no. Money does buy happiness up to $75k income per year. After that it doesn't really matter anymore. More money improves your estimation of life, but not your happiness. So, as investors, we must carefully assess how much money we should invest, balance the real needs, the happiness drivers with pure greed or fear.
Investing decisions are best made in a rational environment, therefore knowing how much money you need to be happy is a significant factor.
