On the bank of the St. John River, Kings Landing Historical living museum re-creates rural 19th-century New Brunswick. Typically, authentic farms, homes, shops, mills and kitchens have been created to help keep the heart and soul of this area’s vibrant history alive.
This 300-acre living museum is located by Fredericton, and allows visitors to have a glimpse of how New Brunswick lived roughly 200 years ago. It's such an amazing place to check out, and there's something there for everyone to enjoy! Packed with history, heritage buildings, people, and animals - you're bound to learn how things were done back in the day.
Usman and I have been to this place many times and we are always amazed by the great actors in this village. During this trip they had the story of a murdered happened earlier that day and everyone in the village was gossiping about it. It was just phenomenal. Walking around this little village you will for sure believe that you had been transported back in time to 200years. Everything around you is so legit and convincing that you just find yourself believing it.
