We started our morning by taking the # 3 city bus (€1.30 per person) from the cruise terminal to Monte de San Pedro, where we discovered amazing coastal views, historic cannons, and even a fun maze for the kids. From there, we headed to the Tower of Hercules, the world’s oldest functioning lighthouse and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Along the way, we enjoyed local playgrounds, coffee, beer, and ice cream stops before strolling back toward the ship. We also wandered through the Plaza María Pita, local markets, and charming side streets before returning to the cruise terminal.
