The Montréal International Jazz Festival
The Montréal International Jazz Festival has been synonymous with a passion for music for the past three decades. All the big names have appeared here over the years, including Dave Brubeck and stars such as Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder.
In 2011 it will have a royal flavour, as The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, AKA newly-wed couple Prince William & Kate Middleton, will be dropping in on the event. Their tour of Canada is their first official overseas visit since the royal wedding.
