It has been a very appreciable happy moment to share my knowledge & experience on Tibetan Yoga wisdom ( Tsa-Lung Trul-Khor) to many different guests from the international and some of my relatives including my dear mother, sisters and brothers at Ananda tree House. Ananda Tree House has been always one of the my favorite cafe shop in the entire Kathmandu city.

TsaLung TrulKhor (or Tibetan Yoga) is a practice that works intensively with our subtle body. “Tsa” is the Tibetan word for “channel,” and “Lung” is the word for “wind” ( qi, prana or chi in other spiritual traditions).
These exercises are used in the Tibetan Bön tradition and the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism (Nyingma, Kagyu, Sakya, and Gelug). Tsalung practice is mainly applied for Tantra and Dzogchen practice especially for preparation practice of Tummo. It is historically practiced and taught only in Tibet & remote Himalayan monasteries and caves, these magical healing movements are now being taught to serious western students.

In this event organised by Ananda Tree House, Geshe Gyatso gave a brief Introduction on Tibetan spiritual practice and especially on Yungdrung Bön Tradition Yoga by sharing his knowledge and experience about TsaLung TrulKhor (the ancient Tibetan Yoga wisdom). He also demonstrated some brief postures of the TsaLung practice with explaination.

About Geshe Gyatso:-
Geshe Gyatso was born in the Himalayan region of Dolpo in Nepal. At the age of ten he met his teacher, H.E. The Lopon Tenzin Namdak Rinpoche. Under his guidance he learnt Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen teachings for eighteen years at Yungdrung Bön Academy of Higher Studies at Triten Norbutse monastery in Kathmandu. In 2008 he concluded his studies and was conferred the degree of Geshe, the highest philosophical title in Tibetan monastic education.
Presently, he lives in Poland and teaches different subjects of Buddhism in various countries in Europe to different level of students. He has been teaching in the west for over 8 years till now, visiting various centers, and occasionally visiting his root monastery in Nepal.
