I let Garmin AI coach me for 15 weeks.. I regret it

I let my Garmin 265's AI coach me for 15 weeks to see if I could hit a 50-minute 10K. Spoiler: I didn't quite Hit the mark, but the watch predicted my finish time within 2 minutes.

Here's what happened when a 33-year-old dad with a full-time job and a love for bodybuilding tried to follow Garmin Coach's training plan—and why I couldn't stick to it perfectly.

🏃‍♂️ THE EXPERIMENT:
- Goal: Sub-50 minute 10K
- Training: 15 weeks with Garmin Coach

⌚ WHAT I LEARNED:
- The AI is scarily accurate at predictions
- Sleep tracking changes workouts (and it's not always smart)
- You don't need to follow it perfectly for it to work
- Balancing running + strength training is tough
