2008 Nissan 350Z Brake Upgrades - EBC Rotors - Hawk Brake Pads - Stainless Lines

In this video I take you with me while I upgrade the brakes on my 2008 Nissan 350Z. I needed new rotors and pads on my car so I decided to go ahead and paint my calipers and upgrade to stainless steel lines while I was down there. I did not upgrade to the factory Brembo brake option as it was not a priority for my plans for this car. I opted to paint the calipers and then upgrade to some nicer rotors and pads for a better braking experience. I have put a few hundred miles on the new brakes and I can say they do work very well. I do still think the factory Brembo Upgrade would be the best option if you were planning on making this a road corse car. I am going to be turning this into a drift car so I did not think it was worth the extra costs involved as well as the Brembo Option is difficult to source so if something were to happen I would not be able to easily replace one of the calipers like you can with the stock calipers. The later 350Z's (06-08) came with larger rotors on the non Brembo setup versus older years (03-05). That means that while the calipers are different the braking surface is almost identical to the Brembo setup. I am happy with my choice and think that the brake setup should be a great upgrade from the old worn out stock equipment.
