45 Min Metabolic Workout | Dumbbells Only | Fat Burning Cardio + Strength
Get ready for a sweaty, intense 45 minute metabolic conditioning workout designed to help turn your body into a fat burning machine!
Using dumbbells, we'll combine strength training and cardio intervals to keep your heart rate elevated while building lean muscles and boosting endurance. This is a powerful workout with a combination of exercises to challenge your entire body.
THE WORKOUT:
We start with a 7 min Warmup
You will have 3 blocks of work all with different timing and moves to challenge you
BLOCK 1 - 40/20 - 2 Rounds
-SQUAT PRESS
-RENEGADE ROW
-SQUAT CURL AND PRESS
-ALTERNATE REVERSE LUNGE & CURL
-INCHWORM
BLOCK 2- 45/15 -2 Rounds
-DUMBBELL SQUAT
LATERAL RAISE

-PLANK DUMBBELL DRAG
-UPRIGHT ROW
-FLAMINGO
BLOCK 3 - 30/10 - 2 Rounds
-CURTSY FRONT RAISE R
