Trying to do a Backflip

Facing my fear of doing a backflip! In this video I attempt to face my fear of doing a back flip. I can easily do it on a trampoline but the standing back flip is a fear of mine because I always think I will break my neck trying to flip. We ended up getting to go to sky zone and jump for free and did face or fears there and were able to do a standing back flip but into a foam pit but it is much easier knowing that "safety net" is there! Also met some fans and had a fun time messing around and playing dodge ball! Fear is all mental, erase it from your mind and you can do it, I promise! Mind over matter!
