Robot nailer in production (RN4017)

Ability to use up to four nailing guns simultaneously.

The high flexibility of the robot is optimal for small to medium sized orders of pallets. Changing pallet types can take as little as 3 minutes.

Whit an easy to use operator panel the operator can control the robot, add new pallets, change nailing positions, stacking control and see the current order status.

The robot is equipped with 4 Jumbocoil nail magazines, which hold up to 1000 nails each. The robot will automatically go into refill position when the last nail passed the sensor and continues automatically where it left off when the nails were refilled by the operator.
