When Konni knew that her parents want her to go back to Japan (her hometown) she wanted to say the last goodbye to her friends but Konni doesn't have any plan to tell it to Jay but, Alex (Alexander) Told Jay about konni going back to Japan so Jay rushed to the airport then he finally say his last goodbye to konni then Jay had a little feelings to konni but he still have a relationship to diana so, He kissed konni one last time because he knew there is no next time, because konni was angry and disappointed because Jay kissed her Without konni's permission and konni doesn't want jay to cheat on his girlfriend (Diana) So..... Yeah...
