EV Public Charging | Just Not Good Enough!

The UK charging network is rubbish! That's what I hear a lot and I've defended, until now. A recent journey saw me crawl home in a Hyundai Kona Electric with just 4 miles left. Two chargers failed me and I couldn't help but think how it would effect the general public if it happened to them. How would my mother and father feel if they couldn't get a charge miles from home? The anxiety would outweigh all the other benefits and savings we see from owning an electric car. What do you think? Are our charging networks fit for purpose and can you honestly recommend EVs to people who regularly travel any distance?
