Russian attitude to rules and some facts about Russia
A little bit of story telling, a little bit of mumbling about the way Russians treat rules and laws. Russian attitude to rules and laws is flexible. Some things are illegal but some things are not that strict in Russia today. I guess Russian people don't like to be limited by rules and traditions might be mightier. Is that part of the Russian culture?
