Star Wars Canyon F/A-18E Super Hornet Crash Investigation Report Review

On July 31, 2019, LCDR Charles "JTACz" Walker was killed when his F/A-18E Super Hornet impacted a ridge line while flying in "Star Wars Canyon." Although he was a Lieutenant at the time of the incident, he was posthumously promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. The JAG investigation report was released last week.
