Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I've posted, but I wanted to talk about my journey with anxiety and panic attacks. The last several months have brought many ups and downs, but I am happy to say that my anxiety and panic attacks have slowly been improving. I hope my story can enlighten and encourage any of you who may be struggling with anxiety or know someone who's struggling.
