Most passive income videos from a lot YouTubers involve them using youtube to create a lot of other income, like course, amazon affiliate links, and more.

1. Vending Machines

A simple way to get started:
- Craigslist and Facebook and other websites to buy a vending machine for $400-$1000 dollars
- You source products from wholesale clubs and resell them for a profit
- And keep in mind when choosing a location to choose a safe location, because they do get targeted by thieves

2. Atm Machine
- Now I took a fill blown course on how to start an atm business
- And helped a few clients that have barbershops get everything set up in their shops
- And I posted a full video on it, and over 1Million seem to be curious about how to it ( so go watch that video )

However:
- The cool things about ATMs, is that if you put them in cash business like barbershops, gentlemen's club, and groceries stores they do great
- But theirs also competition their
- And you have to understand this business will probably not make you that much money in 30-40 years ( but it can still make you money today )

Tip: you’ll need an LLC, Atm, and cash to put inside, so I would set aside 5-10k depending on the atm you want.

3. Stock market (bonds) – in the future you'll have a lot (4.1M)
- The only bad thing about investing in the stock market
- It’s a long term game ( so if you invest the way I invest it’ll be 10-20 years before you can start taking money out )
- But here is the math

First:
- I recommend you invest in index funds unless you want to be warren buffet
- If you invested $150 a week at a 10% return, and let's say your 30 and you retire at 65, you would return with 2.3M
- The average person retires with like 40-80k and a lot with 0.

4. Real estate(rental) or REITs
- Real estate is solid but it's not fully passive but I still think its worth it
- However, if you want to invest in real estate and be fully passive you would have to REITs

Here is the Honest truth:
- I also invest into REITs and currently that reit is VNQ, so you can find that on m1 finance which the app I use
- And they pay 4% on dividend currently ( so if you have 500k invested that’s 20k in passive income every year
- As far as rental property, im not a big fan of putting down 3.5% and needing a tenant or else you start missing payments

For physical real estate:
- My plan is this, I put down 20% for the rental, I rent it out
- Use the tenents money to pay the mortgage plus some of my money to pay off faster
- Once I'm done with paying off I move on to the next rental
- I’ve seen people buy and buy and buy, and when things go wrong they lose everything.

5. Business: Lending Money, Laundramant, Gas station (with car wash, and grocery store)

6. Rent your house ( house hack)
So basically:
- You think about buying a home you want and can afford on your own
- Renting a few rooms, and paying off the property early while you get to make some extra money too.
