Tandava Dance. All round exercise, affecting brain and masculinity

Sadáshiva, the great yogi, introduced the táńd́ava dance 7000 years ago. Why did He do that?

The practice of táńd́ava that is prescribed for man is conducive for physical and spiritual progress. There are many lymphatic glands and endocrine glands in our body. Hormones secreted from these glands permeate the entire body. The hormones secreted through táńd́ava generate greater manliness and courage in the person. That is why hormones are secreted by the lymphatic glands and greater manliness is produced in those who practice táńd́ava.

As many people as possible should practice táńd́ava. Those who are a bit old should practice it twice a day at the time of their spiritual practices. As far as young people are concerned, they may practice it as much as they can. There should be healthy competitions for them.
