Wiltshire Stolen Ford Transit Automatrics MTrack Theft Recovery operation - 30/10/19

A further delayed release of one of our office based format recovery operations, this worked in conjunction with clients and two London team members. The next uploads (which are coming very soon) return to the more familiar in vehicle pursuits.

We received a call from car hire company advising us that one of their Ford Transit recovery trucks had been stolen overnight from a depot in Salisbury during a break in.

We had the theft route mapped through frequent GPS updates from the Automatrics MTrack system and located the vehicle a few hours later near Uxbridge. The vehicle was subsequently blocked in by two of the customers vehicles whilst awaiting for the Met police attendance. Things then take a turn when the blocking vehicles are smashed out of the way and the chase is back on. We also discover a second truck has been stolen from the same theft area in Salisbury but the Met police are still nowhere to be seen.

Time for plan B, with three Wiltshire Police vehicles traveling to the London theft site to solve the burglary theft with the Automatrics recovery team.
