The Spiritello - Auto stop by weight - Kees van der Westen

The Spiritello offers two auto-stop functions. One of these is the auto-stop by weight. Via the display on the Spiritello, you can activate the auto-stop by weight option, after which you can connect an ACAIA Lunar scale and set two different target weights. The machine has an integrated formula, based on the measured flow rate, to stop the shot in-time and prevent an overshoot. Next to this, you also have the option of setting a standard off-set per target weight.

This auto-stop by weight function bridges the gap between lever espresso machine heritage and modern-day developments, allowing baristas to preserve their passion while enjoying the comforts of volumetric shots.
