In this video, I discuss what i've learned after 5 weeks of growing out my balding hair, the longest i've ever grown it since I first shaved my head in 2015. I discuss the insecurities that I have felt start bubbling up and also the impact our appearance can have on our mental well being in general. I also discuss what I feel you can do to counter act this and be in a better state of mind, but also feel better about how you look and the changes you've gone through, whether that be hair loss, wrinkles or anything else in regards to appearance!
