I got the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Nicholas Haw the master behind Solos Coffee in Bangkok Thailand and, well it was a very special treat for me. I brought my family for a private tasting and take a look at his process, he's definitely a master and I highly recommend the next time you're in Bangkok.
