Places to visit near Bangalore | Shivanasamudra Waterfalls

Shivanasamudra falls is a waterfall in river Kaveri. This is very scenic during monsoon season. This video was shot during the month of August. It is a group of waterfalls where the river Kaveri flows through rocks. There is a small hydro electric project located near to this. Apart from this falls, there are a lot of historic places near to this waterfall. This is a good place for one day trip from Bangalore. This place is located around 130 kms from Bangalore. The roads are very nice. Good parking facility is available (cars, vans and buses).
