ضلع کرم کے علاقائی تنظیم بحالی ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن بگن کے عہدیداروں نے صوبائی حکومت کے جانب سے لوئر کرم کے مخصوص علاقوں میں بے گناہ عام شہریوں کے خلاف آپریشن کی فیصلے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہوئے اس فیصلے کو فوری واپس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
حکومت کی اس فیصلے کے بعد کئی دنوں سے ان علاقوں میں خوف کا فضاء قائم ہے، علاقے سے بے گناہ افراد کو گرفتار کرکے ان پر تشدد کیا جارہا ہے، لشکر کشی بھی بگن ہوئی پھر اس کے بعد یہاں پر حکومت آپریشن بھی کر رہا ہے جو مکمل طور پر ظلم اور ناانصافی ہے۔
ان خیالات کا اظہار اقوام اہلسنت کے رہنماء مولانا شاہ نواز حقانی، بحالی ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن کے چیئرمین نوروز خان اور صدر خیالی اورکزئی نے پشاور پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرس کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ اس موقع پر ان کے ہمراہ تنظیم کے دیگر عہدیداران ڈاکٹر عثمر دین، ملک وارث، کوثر عالم، شفیق، عاطف، جمیل خان، صابر، نوید بھی موجود تھے۔
چیئرمین نوروز کا کہنا تھا کہ یہاں کہ مقامی لوگ ہمیشہ امن پسند رہے ہیں کبھی بھی کسی دہشتگردانہ کاروائی میں ملوث نہیں رہے ہیں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ 17 فروری کو کنوائی پر حملہ میں روڈ پر ہوا اور ملوث افراد آرام سے چلے گئے جبکہ لوگوں کو گھروں اور مسجدوں سے زبردستی سے نکال کر گرفتار کیا اور ان پر تشدد کیا گیا جس میں رہا ہونے والے افراد ابھی بھی ہسپتالوں میں زیر علاج ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پہلے بگن پر لشکر کشی ہوئی جس میں لوگوں کو زندہ جلایا بازار اور گھروں کو لوٹا گیا لیکن اس میں ایک بندے کو بھی ابھی تک گرفتار نہیں کیا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح کنوائی پر حملہ کرنے والے ایک فرد کو بھی گرفتار نہیں کیا جاتا جبکہ عام شہریوں کو گرفتار کیا جاتا ہے پوری علاقے کو یرعمال بنایا جاتا ہے خواتین اور بچوں پر گولہ بھاری کیا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ ابھی تک بگن پر ہونے والے ظلم کے خلاف حکومت بھی خاموش ہے اور نہ ہی ابھی تک ان کا آزلہ کیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کنوائی پر حملے کے بعد سیکورٹی فورسز نے علاقے میں کاروائی کرتے ہوئے لوئر کرم اہلسنت کے 13 گاڑیوں سمیت دو گھروں کو بھی جلائے گئے جو ظلم اور ناانصافی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ 17 فروری کو کنوائی پر حملے کی ہم شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہیں اور اس میں سیکورٹی فورسز شہید ہونے والے اہلکار پر دلی افسوس ہے۔ اور کنوائی پر حملہ کرنے والے ملوث افراد کے خلاف کاروائی کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جب تک ضلع کرم میں اسلحہ موجود ہو تب تک امن ناممکن ہے۔ لوئر کرم سے اسلحہ جمع کیا گیا اور اپر کرم والے اسلحہ جمع نہیں کرتے۔

انہوں نے صوبائی حکومت سے لوئر کرم میں آپریشن کے فیصلے کو واپس لینے اور گرفتار بے گناہ افراد کی رہائی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔
Officials of Regional Organization of Karam District Rehabilitation Welfare Organization Bagan have strongly condemned the decision of the provincial government to conduct an operation against innocent civilians in certain areas of Lower Karam and demanded immediate withdrawal of this decision.
After this decision of the government, there has been an atmosphere of fear in these areas for many days, innocent people are being arrested and tortured from the area, there has also been a massacre, and after that, the government is also conducting an operation here, which is completely cruel and unjust.
These views were expressed by Maulana Shah Nawaz Haqqani, the leader of the Ahlul Sunnah, Chairman of the Rehabilitation Welfare Organization Nowroz Khan and President Khayali Orkazai while holding a press conference at the Peshawar Press Club. Dr. Asmar Deen, Malik Waris, Kausar Alam, Shafiq, Atif, Jameel Khan, Sabir, Naveed were also present along with him on this occasion.
Chairman Nowroz said that the local people have always been peace-loving and have never been involved in any terrorist activities. He said that on February 17, the attack on Kanwai took place on the road and the people involved went peacefully, while people were forced out of their homes and mosques and arrested and tortured, in which the released people are still undergoing treatment in hospitals. He said that there was an army raid on Bagan in which people were burnt alive in the market and houses were looted, but not even a single person has been arrested. Similarly, not even a single person who attacked a well is arrested, while civilians are arrested, the entire area is raided, women and children are shelled heavily. While the government is still silent against the oppression of Bagan and they have not been punished yet. He said that after the attack on this well, the security forces, while operating in the area, burnt 13 vehicles of Lower Karam Ahlesunt and two houses, which is cruelty and injustice.
He said that we strongly condemn the attack on Kanwai on February 17 and feel sorry for the martyred security forces. And demand action against those involved in the attack on the well. He said that peace is impossible as long as there are weapons in Karam district. Weapons are collected from lower crum and upper crum does not collect weapons.

They have demanded the provincial government to withdraw the decision of the operation in Lower Kurram and release the arrested innocent people.
