Santiago Oaks on Forbidden Dreadnought (first ride w/5 Dev Chain Ring and SRAM cassette) 4/2/23

I just got my DVO Jade X custom tuned and now my Forbidden Dreadnought finally feels dialed. The custom tune made such a huge difference. Normally I take my Decoy to Santiago Oaks but since Kasey, Skip and Blair didnt have E bikes I took my Dreadnought.
I just put on the 5 Dev Chain ring and SRAM GX cassette. I was not happy with the SRAM chain ring, it skipped on me several times and actually dropped twice. I put SRAM on my Yeti and it was fine but I think since I have a TRP derailleur, KMC chain and 5 Dev chainring, it just doesnt play well. I originally had the E Thirteen Helix cassette and it shifted fine, the only issue I had was the chain dropping on the small 9 tooth cog. This is due to the high pivot design, the chain doesnt fully wrap around the 9 tooth cog and easier to slip. Although its not perfect it was a lot better than the SRAM GX cassette so I will be swapping back.
