Having a relationship with God is not about a set time you spend reading the Bible and praying and forgetting about him the rest of your day. It's about being aware of God being at your side all the time. Many of us as Christians may spend time reading and praying and call that a "quiet time," the name many people associate with spending time with God. But we need to go beyond that to have a relationship with God. We know we have a strong relationship with God when we make impact on people, our home is happy and loving, we are joyful, and we have courage in pain.
