リッツカールトン・モルディブのメインレストランは「La Locanda」というイタリアンレストランですが、このほかにも日本食レストラン「Iwau」やレバノン・インド料理レストラン「Arabesque」などいくつか種類があり、様々な料理を楽しむことができます。

いくつかあるレストランの中でも、ビーチサイドの雰囲気が好きな人には「Beach Shack」がおすすめです。

リッツカールトン・モルディブが位置するファリ・アイランドの南側にあるビーチに佇む開放的なレストラン。普段はランチのみですが、木曜日の夜午後8～10時30分まで「Lobster Dinner under the Stars」というディナーコースがあり、文字通り星空の下でロブスター料理を堪能できるようです。

Beach Shackが開店するのは午前11時30分。その時間まで、人はほとんど来ないので、朝早く行くとのんびりした時間を過ごすことができます。
