LED TV Panel Repair (using short killer)

In this video,there is scalar board in LCD panel.SMD components is also used.If there occurs short on those components,voltage is dropped.
For the solution of this short problem, we use old laptop battery and kill short with this problem is solved.
While performing this process,be alert.If done in long term print may damage.
