How To Brew Dry Irish Stout Guinness Clone

As St Patrick's Day has just passed we wanted to share this all grain dry irish stout Guinness recipe with you (plus some pics from our trip to Dublin in 2015). We left part of the batch to open ferment/sour to give it the distinctive Guinness tang and it worked a treat. GUINNESS DRY IRISH STOUT CLONE:
Target ABV: 4.2%
Actual ABV: 3.5%
4.5 litre batch (1.2 US gallons)

MASH & BOIL:
Strike water temp 72°C (160°F)
Mash temp 66°C (151°F) for 60 mins
Pre boil volume 5.5 litres (1.45 gal)
Boil 90 mins
