BMW X3 E83 parking (PDC), transfer case and fuel pump modules location and replacement.

Difficulty: EASY.
Duration: 5-10 min., depending on the volume of shit in your trunk.
1. Open the floor cover in the trunk.
2. Pull out 3 plastic plugs.
3. Lift the cover and get inside.
4. Locate the PDC module and unplug connectors.
5. Connect the replacement module.
6. Make sure that the new module works
before unscrewing the old one.
7. Unscrew the nuts and replace the module.
8. The same procedure is for the
transfer case and fuel pump modules.

1. Откройте крышку пола в багажнике.
2. Выньте 3 пластиковые заглушки.
3. Поднимите крышку и залезьте внутрь.
4. Найдите модуль PDC и отсоедините разъемы.
5. Подключите сменный модуль.
6. Убедитесь, что новый модуль работает, прежде чем откручивать старый.
7. Открутите гайки и замените модуль.
8. Та же процедура применяется к модулям раздаточной коробки и топливного насоса.
