SPC Maker Killer Whale + Runcam split 3 nano + crazy bee antenna

SPC Maker Killer Whale is a pretty fast kwad in toothpick class. To make it a bit smoother I decreased max throttle to 60%. After that, it's possible to take a video without too fast movements.

Changes:
1. The throttle is decreased to 60%.
2. Setup Runcam split 3 nano which has 20x20 holes for mount.
3. Replaced FPV antenna from linear dipole to CrazyBee RHCP
4. Fixed antennas mounts to avoid cutting with props
5. Replaced props to 3-blade one from kingkong (just to test)

Sometimes you can see jelly on the video because of props were bend after crashes. PIDs also are not tuned, at least P should be increased.
