Allen County Deputy says Lima Mayoral Candidate is "being a b!t^h"

An Allen County deputy has a couple of choice words to describe a jail staff member and Autumn Swanson who is a candidate for mayor of Lima, Ohio.
Full videos from the OVI arrest as provided by the Allen County Sheriff's Office will be uploaded. Unfortunately they seem to have removed a lot of audio before providing the footage.
