Have been Facebook free for over 12 months. And am better off for it.

It is not until you are off it for a good while that you realise just how toxic Facebook has become in more recent years. Had I not been removed from it, I seriously believe my mental health & general wellbeing would have fared a lot worse during the Pandemic. The 'glory' era of Facebook 2010-14 will not return & will never be as good as it was then.

After a while, you soon realise who your REAL friends are. Those who unfollowed me over the years began to see me as being beneath them due to being working class & on the Autism Spectrum. Just because I didn't go to University & didn't have the Daddy funded gap year, doesn't mean I am a 'lesser' person than they are.
