Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Monitor production servers and assist in administering computing environments (Windows, Cloud, Database).
Operations: Perform database queries (SQL), CRUD operations, and maintain service tickets via ITSM tools.
Testing: Prepare test scripts/cases and execute manual or automated tests to ensure quality.
Innovation: Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and suggest process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Statistics).
Batch: 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates.
Academic Record: Minimum 60% (or 6.0 CGPA) throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, basic SQL knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility: Open to working in 24/7 shifts and relocating to any Cognizant location (Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, etc.).
