Olaplex No.3 Treatment

A quick video on how I apply my Olaplex No. 3 treatment on my thin texture, medium density, high porosity, 2c/3a/3b hair. I use this once a week and have found that my hair is generally healthier. I can even go without product and still have very defined and shiny curls . I also make sure to use it a few days before I color my grey roots and a few days after.

I learned about Olaplex from Felicia Jones aka HiF3licia on IG and then watched her application process on YouTube. I don't think my routine differs much from hers. I filmed this so my personal friends who always ask to see my hair care routines can view it, so I hope they watch it!
