The Jira List View | Explained in 9 Minutes

Finding work items in Jira can be frustrating! I've seen teams struggle with filtering, JQL and more... fortunately, the list view gives folks a great, approachable, way to look through their work items. It allows you to customize what columns are displayed, how they're filtered and even supports conditional formatting.

It's also easy to adopt as it's very similar (in feel) to a spreadsheet - something most folks are comfortable using already.
