Do you struggle to be body confident in today's world? Putting on a bathing suit and heading to the beach, a pool party, or even a late night hot tub with friends used to make me so uncomfortable.

But why?

Because, just like everyone, my body has its own imperfections. And I thought those to be unattractive or somehow made me unworthy or undesirable. But it doesn't!

Showing off our bodies without shame can totally hard in a world where perfectionism is idealized, adored and shown everywhere.

But over the years I've come to realize that life is SO much better when you realize something important. It's a philosophy I was told I'd be SUPER lucky if I learned it before 45. Well I figured it out! And let me tell you, it changes everything!
