Bench 105kg max PR

This felt like it went pretty easy. Usually a new max weight always feels a bit of a grind. Training had been going well and I’d been making the weekly increases, but an up coming gap in training convinced me to try for a new max.

My training is quite often unavoidably interrupted, often multiple weeks at a time. This isn’t ideal for any lift but for me particularly seems to stall progress with the bench. Starting training weights after time off have improved on squats & deads. But bench I’ve mostly been training between 85kg to 95kg. Even so it still appears I’m making some strength gains.
