Have you ever wondered how much a car wash makes? Me too until I actually owned one! In this video, I will walk you through exactly how much my car wash makes per month! I purchased The Dirty Dog Car Wash about two years ago with my business partner to eventually redevelop the parcel, but we have since been operating the business until we get a solid plan together. I found it interesting to see how and where the car wash made money, and thought that you would find it informative as well.

During the peak months, January - March we typically bring in about $2,800 - $3,300. During the hot summer months here in Phoenix, we bring in about $2,000. Watch the video to see where the income is produced at the facility.

I don't know a ton about operating car washes as I'm a residential real estate broker by trade so we have a full time manager to clean the stalls, collect quarters, refill the soap, etc. I would be willing to answer any questions that you may have or give any advice that may help you when deciding whether to get into the car wash business.
